Purpose
- To provide direction, leadership and mentoring to the Engineering Department’s staff to meet the long-term goals of the Supply Chain.
- Guarantee and foster compliance with HSSE & OSHA process safety management policies for all engineering and maintenance personnel.
- Establish a strong safety culture and safe execution of all engineering/maintenance activities

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper alignment and efficient teamwork with internal & external stakeholders
- Ensure that all projects are completed within approved budget, on time, technically correct, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Works with the management team to proactively develop 1 year and 5-year capital plans.
- Implement and oversee predictive maintenance technologies to improve reliability and reduce mechanical and electrical downtime.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of ten plus (10+) years of experience in the chemical manufacturing environment
- Certification as a Maintenance & Reliability Professional
- Ability to work effectively with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ability to instruct other on its operation.
