Engineering Maintenance Planner

Job Purpose

Plan, organize and prepare all planned and corrective maintenance activities according to the maintenance plans in such a way that it is carried out efficiently, effectively on-time-in-full and cost effectively.

Job Responsibilities
- Make sure all execution of technical work is carried out in a safe way
- Organize the workplace and documentation according to the 5S standards
- Give feedback on the maintenance plans from own experience and the experience of the technicians
- Plan in cooperation with the maintenance team and 3rd parties to carry out planned, unplanned, and corrective maintenance
- Prepare spare parts and all other resources to carry out planned maintenance
- Pre plan maintenance day, follow progress during the maintenance day, evaluate maintenance day and come up with improvements
- Prioritize work orders together with Maintenance and Local projects manager
- Leads equipment breakdown root cause failure analysis and ensures that root cause is identified, and all countermeasures are implemented
- Develops and manages plant equipment register
- Supports the execution of Engineering and Local projects
- Manages integrity of ERP system
- Register all activities in ERP system

Job Requirements
- N6 National Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor graduate possible)
- 3 - 4 Maintenance working experience in Food and Beverage Industry
- 2 years working with CCMS
- Intermediate MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, CMMS
- In depth knowledge of SAP PM
- In depth knowledge of FMECA, RCM
- Basic knowledge of TPM PM Pillar
- In depth knowledge of Problem-solving tool
- Communicate fluently in English
- Basic knowledge of Project Management
- Technical report writing
