- Desired qualifications and experience
- Qualification in Project Management and/or Project Administration
- 3+ years’ experience in delivering enterprise IT software projects
- Understanding of the mining industry is desirable
- Experience in working for a software company is desirable
- Experience in leading a technical team is desirable
- Experience in being a hiring manager is required
- Capabilities (skills)
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, leading and facilitating the planning and
- implementation of project deliverables
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring the successful delivery of outcomes, including but not limited to risk management, quality management, financial management, resourcing management, and production of technical and project management documents
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Provides accurate consistent information on a timely basis and ensures small details are not overlooked
- Demonstrated ability to meet financial targets and illustrate commercial awareness in external business and internal team decisions
- Manage the allocation of project resources to execute deliverables
- Presentation and negotiation skills
