Based in Montague Gardens, our client, an established specialist in passive Fire Protection as well as the supply of Fire Doors and Frames to the Western Cape is seeking a competent all round Office Administrator to take on various ad hoc office tasks with specific focus on the tasks listed below.
Working with the owner and senior members of staff, you will provide valuable assistance and take responsibilities for the following tasks.
- Quotations
- Compiling works orders,
- following up with manufacturers on production and delivery
- Stock Control
- Delivery co-ordination
- Ad hoc office administration duties as required
**Key requirements**:
- Matric
- 2 - 3 years proven general office administration experience
- Experience within a manufacturing / construction environment will be ideal
- Sound Computer Literacy skills including
- Ms Excel essential
- Highly detail orientated
- Flexible attitude with the **ability to work under pressure, and as part of a team.**
This position will suit an individual eager to grow and work within a close-knit team and be a valuable contributor to the success and future of this well established family business. Your professional and detail orientated approach together with a ‘can do‘ attitude will be a distinct advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
