**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with our marketing team to develop and execute design concepts for a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including social media content, digital and print materials.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of our brand identity guidelines.
- Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for web and print materials, including packaging, social media, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure that all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines, are visually appealing, and communicate the intended message effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all design projects are completed on time and meet the necessary quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and proactively seek out opportunities to improve our design process and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all aspects of design work.
- 1+ year related work experience will be an advantage.
- Skincare industry understanding will be beneficial.
