Looking for someone with solid Costing experience, strong personality that will be willing to start off by catching up with all the outstanding filing, but NB ability to step into a very busy office ad assist with Costing and Vehicle tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to take instructions.
- Excellent time keeping
- Eye for detail
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English

**Duties**:
1. Costing
- Compiling costing reports
- Breakdown of costs such as labour, materials, and time sheet

2. Fleet Management
- Analyse tracking reports and job cards
- Fleet management and maintenance supervision.
- Monitoring driver to ensure adherence to schedules and no abuse of company vehicles
- Prepare weekly tracker reports on each vehicle for CEO.
- Real-time vehicle tracking
- Monitoring, correcting and improving driving behaviours and operations

3. Ad hoc duties
- Filing and document search
- Assisting branch Administrator
- General administration as required

**Salary**: R12 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
