Client is the leading manufacturer, importer, and supplier of quality products, specialising in everything Electrical.

They are looking for a Panel Workshop Manager to join their Team.

The Workshop Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of people in allocating workload and managing the day-to-day operations in the workshop.

**Duties**:

- Achieving Panel Workshop targets
- Streamlining and implementing systems and procedures to improve workflow.
- Allocate job cards / work to staff for the day.
- Manage project to completion and within set deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service and feedback
- Manage the entire workshop
- Trouble-shooting electrical problems
- Willingness to teach others and learn from them.
- Manage staff levelswages, hours worked.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of workshop activities and employee performance.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years’ experience as a workshop manager or senior foreman.
- Highly experienced in Panel Workshop.
- Deadline driven and able to meet targets set out by management.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Good Knowledge of HR policies and disciplinary action.
- Well-spoken and have excellent communication skills.
- Technically minded.
- Excellent Time management
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of NEC standards.
- Practical, hands-on wiring experience.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies

**Salary**: Depending on Experience
