**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately input and maintain records in databases and spreadsheets.
- Organise and file physical and digital documents.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Draft and edit routine correspondences.
Collaboration with Team Members:
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide assistance to colleagues as needed.
Basic Accounting Tasks:
- Basic entry level accounting
- Basic Bookkeeping
- Basic payroll
- Company uses Inter Code (training will be provided)
- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense
tracking.
- Assist with SARS Power of attorney
- Collaborate with the finance team as required.
- Adhere to Financial deadlines, i.e. end of month, Financial Year end,December preparation
Adherence to Company Policies:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
discretion.
Qualifications:
- Financial diploma or certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Administration / Junior Clerk
working environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal specifically
in Afrikaans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of office equipment and technology.
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
- Non-smoker and sober habits
- Reside in the Waterkloof Ridge or neighbouring areas

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities.
