Our workshop in Pinetown KZN (CARtime Head-office) is looking for an experience Office Admin lady.

MUST have a valid South African driver's license and at least 10yrs Office Administrator experience.

**Requirements**:

- A Grade 12 Certificate.
- A tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 will be advantage.
- Sound interpersonal skills.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Computer literacy and Numeracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
- Managing multiple diaries and calendar bookings of senior staff, setting appointments, follow-up meetings etc
- Co-ordination of travel of development teams.
- Tracking of projects progress until finalization - checking all processes to completion.
- Daily tracking of tasks of staff, keeping tasks process up to date.
- Recording progress of leads and recording outcomes.
- Booking of meetings and training sessions, logistics of training sessions.
- Assisting with social media posts, monitoring
- General office administration and assistance where needed.
- Making logístical arrangements for meetings or conferences, including booking travel, making reservations, or organizing rentals.
- Running errands and making deliveries around the office and to external parties.
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records.
- Transcribing or taking notes during meetings and writing minutes, memos and/or agendas.
- Preparing or processing invoices or estimates.
- Packaging and shipping company materials.
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.

Driver’s license essential

Minimum 10 years working experience.

Long retail hours

Mon to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm

Saturday 8am till 1pm

Salary R10 000.00 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
