Are you someone who can:

- Participate in conceptualisation, design and planning of Services and their associated operations and projects for product house, business unit or segment.
- Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances.
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG
- Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Degree in BSc Information Systems, Bsc Engineering, BCom Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, BBusSc or related
- Experience - 5 - 8 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of and certification in IT Service Management (ITSM), COBIT & ITIL
- In depth understanding of financial services, data and banking information systems
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow, Atlassian or other ITSM systems
- Experience with development and interpretation of reports
- Strong knowledge and use of design process tools (e.g. Visio, Firstmap)
- Experience in documenting and implementing complex and/ or multiple projects/ initiatives in line with business vision and strategy

- Design and manage a Service Strategy
- Produce and manage a Service Catalogue and the detailed individual Services within that Catalogue.
- Manage suppliers of Services in your Service Catalogue
- Establish strong governance, risk and continuity frameworks around the Service Strategy
- Manage the Service Transitions as the Service Catalogue changes.
- Operate the Service Desk, Problem Management and other areas of the Services.
