This function is central to the delivery of driver training in all formats to all clients booked at by the Company inclusive of safety events. The instructor is to offer a combination of classroom-based training by the means of face to face as well as virtual theoretical training and on road practical driver training. These interventions aim to improve driver skills and attitude.

- **Core Functions**:_

Deliver classroom-based theoretical training by the means of face to face as well as virtual theoretical training and on road practical driver training.

Capturing of supporting documentation for internal and external use

Represent the values of the company in their daily actions.

Dispense theoretical knowledge of driver training and related items within the industry

Presenting to audiences; with the ability to impart knowledge across all generational communication styles with patience and the ability to check understanding

Be comfortable to engage with large groups with knowledge, conviction & passion for the industry with which we operate in

Conducting an evaluation of another’s skills and driving attitude through in-car instructional techniques

Assessing and complete portfolio of evidence documents as per T.E.T.A requirements

Functioning well under pressured conditions

Ability & desire to keep up with market trends and developments within the industry and to build on one’s knowledge base through research

**Qualifications**:
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate

Previous experience within the training & motoring industry

At least 3 years’ experience, more than 5 would be preferable.

Qualified Assessor: Qualified with T.E.T.A and S.A.Q.A

HGV Driver Experience

Familiarity with the motor/training/HSE industry beneficial

Intermediate to advanced computer literacy required.

Fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages beneficial
- Valid Code EC drivers’ license with PrDP
- Valid Passport
- Ability to travel as and when required

**Skills**:
Good communication skills and able to work well with a diverse team (Afrikaans & English)

Deadline orientated and work well under pressure

Attention to detail

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month
