Payroll Administrator

**Organisational Performance Administration**
Ensure coordination between Payroll and Human resources and for proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
Enforce policies and procedures relevant to payroll administration.
**Payroll Processing**
Processing of employee take-ons, adjustments, promotions and terminations.
Processing and balancing of all time and attendance related items.
Processing all additional variables payroll input received e.g. travel claims, expense claims.
Processing of all employee masterdata changes.
Balancing of third-party billing schedules with payroll deductions.
Ensure all payroll inputs are captured and checked timeously.
Attend to all payroll related queries raised internally and externally.
Ability to manually recalculate the following items as part of a continuous system audit:
i. Earnings
ii. Deductions (including statutory deductions)
iii. Company Contributions
iv. Provisions
Critically review and improve existing payroll processes.
**Payroll Reporting**
Compile detailed monthly payroll variance reports
Ensure variance reports are viewed and approved according to payroll deadlines.
Prepare monthly post-payroll reports.
Prepare ad-hoc payroll reports.
Ensure updated filing of all payroll related documentation.
Prepare reports and assist in resolving queries for internal and external audits
**3rd Party Payments**
Balancing of third-party billing schedules with payroll deductions
**Qualifications**:
National senior certificate is essential
NQF Level 7, 3 Year degree/ Advanced Diploma / BTech in Finance/Payroll
**Competencies**:
SAP
Sage 300 People
Time and Attendance
**Salary**: Up to R37,500.00 per month
