The position is immediately available.

Please note that this position is of a physical nature due to the moving of merchandise.

**Main purpose of the job**:
To ensure World class visuals in HERTEX and HAUS. To create consistent execution of Visual standards throughout the Business

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma is required, an advanced qualification in interior design, marketing or related field preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of the product and industry preferred.
- Ability to work diligently with little supervision.
- Confident in creating and communicating concepts in business meetings and to supervisors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excited and energetic in designing new ways to reach customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.
- Experience researching and determining industry and marketing trends.
- Adherence to the brand's goals, philosophy and policy regarding marketing and sales strategies.

**Main duties**:

- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and implement visually appealing displays and layouts that align with the brand image and drive sales instore.
- Execute the visual merchandising strategy by creating eye-catching product displays, window presentations, and in-store arrangements to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continually refresh and improve visual merchandising strategies.
- Manage and maintain the visual presentation standards throughout the store, ensuring that displays are consistently organized, well-stocked, and visually engaging.
- Work closely with store management to understand sales goals and merchandise priorities, adjusting visual displays accordingly to meet and exceed targets.
- Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising guidelines and techniques, fostering a consistent and visually appealing environment.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts, gather feedback from customers and employees, and adjust as needed.
- Participate in store set-up and resets, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of new merchandise displays and promotions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a thorough understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and support the sales team.
- Maintain awareness of store layout and traffic flow, optimizing visual displays to enhance customer navigation and encourage product discovery.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions that require unique visual presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Uphold and enforce visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistency across multiple store locations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of visual merchandising supplies, proactively ordering materials as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and elevate the visual merchandising strategy, keeping the brand fresh and exciting for customers.
