**JOB PROFILE**

**JOB PURPOSE**
The primary objective of this role is to advocate for and facilitate the incorporation of our exclusive aluminium systems in construction projects. This entails specifying, effectively communicating the advantages, and seamlessly integrating our systems into the architect’s designs.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **ALUMINIUM SYSTEM SPECIFICATION**
- Comprehensive understanding of the full product range.
- Identify and target key projects and/or architects to specify our aluminium systems.
- Collaborate proactively with architects to understand project requirements and objectives, advocating for the use of our aluminium systems.
- Integrate our aluminium systems into project specifications, aligning with design intent and regulatory standards
- Introduce newly developed systems to key clients, architects, and engineers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, acting as a primary point of contact for any inquiries related to our aluminium systems.
- Attend any relevant industry meetings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of technical specifications, product features, and customer interactions.
- Comprehensive management of specifying portfolios supplied by 3rd party appointment/lead agencies.
- **TECHNICAL SUPPORT**
- Offer ongoing support to architects during the design phase, ensuring they have the necessary information to incorporate our aluminium systems seamlessly.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve any technical challenges or concerns raised by architects.
- Comprehensive understanding of Logikal, AutoCAD, BIM Models and Revit to assist architects with any queries related to the specification.
- Complete monthly status report on the quotes completed by technical department per branch.
- **SALES MANAGEMENT**
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth
- New customer management
- Source and onboard new customers.
- Actively seek out and identify potential stakeholders through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Implement solutions that deliver value and business outcomes for key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of the products or services being sold.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders (Architects, QS, key clients) to understand their requirements, build trust, and become their trusted advisor.
- Regularly engage with customers to provide support, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Complete specifying forecasts and analyze conversion rates monthly.
- Prepare specifying performance reports and sales analysis.
- Generate stakeholder visit reports and weekly call reports.
- Conduct product presentations and workshops to showcase the advantages of our aluminium systems and address any technical queries.
- Conduct presentations at AAAMSA meetings, as required.
- Conduct Architect presentations with architects, as required.
- Stay in touch with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands related to aluminium system and provide insights and recommendations to the technical team.
- **SHEQ INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CONTROL**
- Ensure adherence to the OHS Act.
- Participate in any Integrated Management System activities as required.
- Identify and report opportunities for improvement, Non-Conformances, and Incidents in area of responsibility.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Always maintain a high level of customer service levels standards.

**KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 Years Diploma in the respective field.
- Valid Drivers’ license.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant years’ experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of aluminium products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Computer literacy with Proficiency in MS Excel at an intermediate level.
- Proficient in SAGE / Pastel at an intermediate level.
- Exposure to estimating Software, BIM Models and Revit.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
- Awareness and understanding of the ISO Standard requirements relevant to the position.

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Key Accounts Management, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
