B2b Hybrid Media Strategist

Mindshare is looking for a highly skilled B2B Hybrid Media Strategist to join our diverse, energetic, and dynamic Purple Family.
This role involves providing critical strategic insights & vision to our key commerce clients using a hybrid media approach.
The B2B strategist, together with the internal team, works hand-in-hand with the clients' marketing department and creative agency to ensure the development of effective and unique media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Combine creative thinking with data analysis to determine the most effective and efficient media solutions that will maximize the impact of the brands advertising campaigns.
- Lead the development of relevant and inspirational strategies to solve client challenges.
- Take ownership of building data-driven strategies to improve the effectiveness of communications programs.
- Uncover key audience insights (B2B stakeholders) to deliver powerful marketing strategies that drives behavior change.
- Research innovative and cutting-edge techniques and methodologies.
- Use research and strategy tools to gather information about the B2B audience and culture.
- Evaluate creative concepts, ensuring they are on strategy and meet client objectives.
- Evaluate media plans against agreed upon strategies to ensure alignment and suggest alternatives where necessary.
- Support client's annual planning activities and ad hoc requests by leveraging client research and all other available data sources/tools.
Key Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Exposure to relevant industry tools
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
- Strong up to date understanding of tracking and tagging, attribution modeling, behavioral marketing, database modeling, retargeting, addressability, viewability, brand safety.
Soft Skills: Critical thinking, meticulous, flexibility, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Experience: 5 years of business-to-business strategy experience with specific media experience across ATL and Digital.
