Production Administrator

Our client in the medical device and accessories manufacturing industry is looking for your experience and qualification as a Production Administrator for the production plant in Stikland, Cape Town.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Production Oversight**:

- Implementing the production plan and ensuring adherence to the production schedule (under the guidance of the production manager).
- Reporting any production challenges that may impact production targets, including issues with equipment.
- Preparation of picking slips for both the warehouse team and production.
- Collection of production time study records.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Releasing sterilized products on the system.
- Filing sterilization Certificate of Compliance (COC).
- Signing off on production records and clean room environmental records.
- Ensuring equipment is adequately maintained or calibrated for production readiness.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

- Grade 12
- Operations Management Qualification
- Able to commute with ease to and from Stikland

Please note that this is an outsourced position so you will be employed by us as the agency and assigned to the client for the duration of your contract.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: R40.00 - R75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Stikland, Western Cape (required)
