KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking on an exciting growth phase, expanding its direct presence. Modernization sales are a strategic priority for our business to support our growth plans.
Reporting directly to the **Maintenance Operations & Sales Manager **, we seek an energetic and enthusiastic **Salesperson **—Modernization **to join our Johannesburg, South Africa office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategically or locally important customers. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.
**Are you the one?**
- A diploma or higher will be advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of technical experience in the elevator/escalator industry is preferred.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years technical experience in construction and building materials.
- Experience from/ familiar with solution selling methodology.
- Experience from/ familiar with (selling) complex technology solutions.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with a focus on high-level customer service.
- Passion for sales, with a proven track record and strong customer focus.
- Experience in the local South African market is preferred.
- Fluency in English is a must.
