Spa Manager
- Location: Le Franchhoek, Franchhoek, Western Cape

**Salary**: Basic: R 18 000- R20 000, Commission and performance based incentive.
Well known spa brand is looking for a dynamic, motivated spa manager for their luxurious property
**Duties**:
Manage and motivate spa staff
Stock management
Ensure guest experience is at a 5 star level
Ensure SOP are adhered to
Staff schedule/rostering
Thorough knowledge in spa treatments and services
**Requirements**:
Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
Minimum 2 years in a Spa Management role
Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel
ESP experience an advantage
Mature and responsible
Passionate and target driven
Well-groomed to present the brand
Strong verbal and written communication
Own reliable transport
Strong leadership skills
Flexible and available to work late shifts.
Working hours:
**(Mon - Sun, 2 weekends off per month)**
