Branch Supervisor - Montague Gardens

Our client is a well-established company with 17 years of experience in importing lighting solutions and with 3 branches nationally.

**Salary**: R30,000 per month (negotiable)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse and branch management.
- Matriculation.
- Valid driver's license and own transport.
- Previous experience in the electrical or lighting solutions industry is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

- Warehouse Management: Supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and packing of lighting products.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to provide excellent service at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Reporting: Generate reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and productivity.
- Branch Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budget management to support smooth branch operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
