Despatch Clerk

Dispatch stock items to clients
- Dispatch stock items to couriers
- Receiving stock items
- Check stock items against invoice
- Ensure items are checked (Liaise with pickers)
- Ensuring that the dispatching process is conducted according to the rules set out by the business
- Issuing and receiving of inter branch transfers
- Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly manner
- Customer query handling and complaints - escalate complaints to supervisor/manager if unresolved
- assists with the loading and unloading of good
- operates a forklift
- removes packaging material or packs up goods carefully
- checks that quantities are correct
- check that the right goods get packed or unloaded
- deals with damaged or missing goods

**Qualification and educational requirements**
- Matric
- Minimum 3 years dispatching experience.
- A qualification in logistics/supply chain would be an added advantage

**Salary**: R1,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Roodepoort, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
