**Job Function**

The main function of this role will be to work directly with the relations manager and see that day-to-day priority of the business are met

**Responsibilities**:

- Display accurate and efficient use of CRM systems
- Generate sales through enquires received through telephonic consultation, face to face and online enquires
- Proactively pursue sales by tele canvassing and phone current clients
- Recording details of enquires
- Research Potential clients
- Prospecting of new clients
- Assist with general PA Duties
- Maintain sales on entry daily

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 2-3 years proven work experience as a client relations agent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in English
- 2-3 years sales experience (Advantageous)
- Code 8 Drivers license
- Own reliable vehicle
