Wip Controller

**Reporting to Production Manager**
- Responsible for tracking each order in production throughout the entire manufacturing process to ensure shopfloor data is captured accurately and is traceable
- Enter daily production data into database and generate reports on volume of production, scrap, OEE, consumption of raw material, quality control and other aspects of production
- Overseeing the management of the entire WIP process and drive the key outcomes within the process
- Ensure logs are filled in correctly
- Maintain material item masters, bill of materials, routings and production revisions
- Generate training manuals for employees/supervisors

**Experience and Qualifications**
- 3 -5 years experience as WIP controller or manufacturing administrator
- Matric Certificate
- Relevent Diploma/Degree in production or operations management
- Advance Excel skills for data analysis including working with PivotTables, using index match
- Computer literacy is essential (MS Office)
- SAP or Syspro experience essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
