**PRIMARY SCOPE**:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. you will be responsible for the following:
**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Draw up Daily, weekly, monthly Production Plan and link with the Master Production Schedule accordingly.
- Print Shop Tickets and labels accordingly
- Review work orders.
- Update main production plan daily and understand WIP on the floor.
- Monitor factory performance daily.
- OTIF Report.
- Monitor the movement of the material to the jobs and kit issue stage in Syspro.
- Mass balancing by allocating labor and material before closing any order.
- Review the status of Bill of Material to ensure that jobs are consuming correctly.
- Achieve optimum levels of WIP in the correct locations
- Address issues of losses and obsolescence item on the system.
- Reduce the problem of excessive inventory allocation.
- Prevent interruptions of production through stock shortages.
- Increase visibility of information about inventory.
- Amy ad-hoc request from Manager
**Work in Progress**:
- Monitor the actual consumption vs bill of material requirement.
- Query cost and labour numbers posted to future jobs.
- Ensure old jobs closed off when invoiced.
- Monitor the issuing of materials to job.
**Inventory stocktakes**:
- Co-ordinate business stock take and ensure that all process is running smooth.
- Manage stock control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved.
- Capture all the stock sheets after the stock take and discuss the variance with Supply Chain Manager.
- Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital.
- Ensure that we maintain appropriate stock levels.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Have completed Grade 12,or similar/equivalent qualifications.
- Preferred Areas of Study: operation management, Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 1-2’years’ experience, in a Production Planning environment
- Be able to demonstrate good administrative ability and attention to detail.
- Have demonstrated a good working relationship, ability, and willingness to work within a team.

- Be able to communicate effectively with your internal stakeholders and other GCSA members.

**SALARY/PACKAGE**:TOTAL COST TO COMPANY**
