Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the dynamic Hotel team

**Requirements**:

- A relevant diploma/degree in a hospitality field would be beneficial
- Similar experience as a hotel receptionist would be beneficial
- Neat, engaging, and professional individual
- Reliable and hardworking
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English with good communication skills
- Willingness to work hospitality hours
- Computer literate
- Experience in using the OPERA system would be beneficial

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and check in guests
- Close departing guests’ accounts
- Communication with guests and colleagues
- Administrative tasks
- Share knowledge of the Cape Winelands and what it has to offer
