The EDD role currently sits in the new business onboarding team and is responsible for investigating and handling all due diligence cases in a manner that will enable the business to meet its requirements for AML standards and other regulatory requirements. Due diligence is conducted prior to transacting and during the course of the business relationship. The EDD consultant will also conduct screening of all high-risk clients identified through the onboarding process as well as those identified as part of batch screening. The main objective is to deliver high-quality and efficient data-capturing services to facilitate proper KYC and AML processes are adhered to through the investment instruction management of SCI investors.

**Minimum requirements**: Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Financial Services environment or minimum two years in Client servicing role within SCI Relevant business degree (Essential) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Essential) Knowledge and interest in finance and investment management. (Essential) Knowledge of SCI processes and policies Multilingual (Desirable) Relevant Tertiary qualification Experience in unit trust/investment industry (Beneficial) Anti-money laundering experience/ qualification and/or Compliance management qualification will be an advantage
