**Key Responsibilities**
- Invoicing, Purchase Order, Reconciliation Management.
- Daily banking reconciliations and investigating any reconciling items.
- Deal with and resolve daily financial operational queries.
- Work on Outlook and Excel and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Maintain the accurate records at all times.
- Obtain invoices from suppliers.
- Accurately allocate costs to sale/purchase orders.
- Capture and reconcile payments.
- Attend to supplier queries debtors and creditors.
- Reconciliation Financial reporting.
- A complete accounting of income and costs.
- Credit/debit card processing.
- Assisting with annual audit preparation.
- Extensive Sage knowledge

- Business units/department input
- Job title inputs
- Race and gender inputs
- ESS Travel claims and expense claim automation
- HR reports setups
- Study leave setup
- Fix ESS Password reset setup
- EMP501 Employee individual details update
- ESS IRP5 access

**Accounting duties**:

- Clean up of customers and debtors accounts.
- Clean up of supplier and creditors accounts.
- Purchase order and invoices capturing
- Accounting services
- Loading bank feeds on all companies

**Other finance assistance**
- Check payroll documents in individual employees files

**Qualifications and experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
