**Area of Residence**:Pretoria

Minimum 3-5 solid year’s experience in a relevant role

**Responsibilities**:
**Employee Relations**
- Timeously attend to and resolve incident reports
- Propose sanctions and accurately draw up charges for misconducts committed
- Assist and guide line management in terms of performance management
- Provide comprehensive ER advisory and support to business in line with SA law and regulations, company policy and considering applicable business goals or needs and best practice, with the aim of minimising risk
- Monitor compliance with the LRA, BCEA, CCMA rules and company policies
- HR representation and recording of minutes in disciplinary hearings
- Ensure all CCMA notices are processed and reported to the relevant stakeholders
- Manage the Objection to Con/Arb process
- Conduct all processes in a manner that upholds integrity and all other good governance principles
- Obtaining all disciplinary action documents from line management on a monthly basis for accurate record keeping and monthly IR reporting
- Manage complete absconsion process timeously and according to company policy
- CCMA bundle preparation and representation at Conciliation and Arbitration as requested and required

**General HR administration**
- Maintain sound personnel records for all staff in line with legislative requirements
- Updating and maintenance of all electronic resources including templates, policies and procedures
- Corresponding with and assisting business regarding new employees, monthly changes and any employee related queries
- Recruitment including sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Assisting in the administration of HR-related duties through the HRIS, examples include contracts of employment and all internal documentation (transfers/promotions/salary structure changes/salary increases etc.)
- Assistance with any ad hoc HR projects

**Relationship Management & Development**
- Build and manage all stakeholder relationships and ensure open communication channels
- Promote and uphold the company’s Mission, Vision and Values
- Deliver effective support and development to uphold company culture and promote a reputation as an employer of choice
- Allow for the establishment and maintenance of a pleasant and motivated working environment

**Systems and Processes**
- Use of available systems and processes to maximize personal and department effectiveness
- Recommend cost effective improvement as appropriate
- Assisting in HRIS implementation and optimisation of all HR processes

**Self - Development**
- Develop, maintain and deliver personal business awareness and understanding
- Maintain and develop knowledge of HR best practice and legislation to maximize contribution effectiveness
