**Cape Town**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Administration clerk to join our accounting team. As a Finance Clerk at Mars Technologies, you will be expected to take on various administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to, keeping financial records and invoice capturing
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
- Familiarity with financial regulations, i.e Generally Accepted Evolution experience advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office and databases
- SAGE Evolution knowledge an advantage
- Reliability and strong work ethics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No Criminal Record

**Job Objectives**:
- Process invoices / supplier invoices and other documents
- Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed
- Verify financial and other data

- Assist with account reconciliations
- Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues
- Report the status of accounts and discrepancies
- Stock Controll
