About You

The role includes generating leads, outlining sales territories, managing sales analytics, fixing technical problems of customers.

You will be required to coordinate across all functions, including sales, marketing, TS&D, R&D, business communication, and product management as well as with peers, key customers, distributors, and relevant teams in the other regions as necessary.

To maximize asset utilization, you will be responsible for forecast accuracy by working with Customers/ Distributors to enhance Dow’s capabilities to meet demand under a dynamic environment. You will be responsible to manage your portfolio, commercialize short to mid term opportunities through CRM whilst aligning to local and global strategies.

Responsibilities / Duties
- Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
- Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
- Search new product development opportunities within the market.
- Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
- Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
- Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Product Lines and Supply Chain.
- Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales plan. Obtain and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Lead negotiations and develop and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
- Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Business Level in English (frequent verbal communication internally), strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in French would be an advantage.
- At least 5 years commercial/ sales experience.
- A valid Drivers License.
