**Purpose of the Role**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

**Experience**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in administering ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system.
- Experience in system upgrades and testing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL, database management, and programming languages is a plus.
- Should be proficient in presentations & stakeholder management.
- Should be a "Master" in technology awareness & leveraging and innovation & capability growth.
- Should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment.
- Advance Microsoft excel experience would be advantages. Pivot tables, graphs, ability to pull in data from other sources, formulas, functions.
- 1 year Data analytic skillset/ - solid experience (advantageous).
- 1 year Business Analysis skillset - solid experience (advantageous).

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer and maintain the ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, implement and review ERP system configurations, customizations, and workflows.- Implement and maintain appropriate security protocols for the ERP system.- Manage system upgrades and testing procedures to ensure successful implementation and system stability.- Perform data refresh, backups and recovery, and evaluate system performance to identify areas of improvement.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system.- Train end-users on system functionality and provide technical support as needed.- Monitor system usage and identify potential issues, developing solutions to greater system efficiency and reliability.- Develop and maintain documentation including user manuals, policies, procedures, and system documentation.
