**Imports & Exports Clerk**
We are currently recruiting for an

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain.
- Microsoft Office literate.
- Shipshape or relevant program knowledge.
- Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
- Knowledge and understanding of practices and processes within the Air and Sea freight environment.
- Knowledge of Inco Terms and Customs Tariffs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Negotiating and coordinating transportation and logistics services.
- Maintaining accurate records of all imports and exports.
- Resolving any issues related to import/export activities.
- Providing customer service to clients regarding import/export inquiries.
- Invoicing and capturing of creditor disbursements.
- Balancing of files.
- Compiling all reports.
- Preparing and processing documents for the import and export of the goods.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable international trade regulations.
- Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and other relevant parties.
