**JOB DESCRIPTION - BRANCH OPERATOR**

The Branch Operator reports to the Branch Manager and needs to be technically minded in order to carry out most of his important duties. The individuals engagement with customers is of a minimum nature as all enquiries should be directed to the Branch Manager.

**1. RESPONSIBILITIES**
- CLEANING OF THE SITE AND SURROUNDING AREAS,
- CLEANING OF THE OFFICE INSIDE AND OUT, INCLUDING WINDOWS,
- DAILY TESTING OF THE TRAILERS LIGHTS,
- WASHING AND MAINTAINING OF DIRTY TRAILERS,
- HITCHING AND UNHITCHING TRAILERS TO AND FROM CUSTOMER VEHICLES,
- CHECK TRAILERS FOR ANY DEFECTS OR DAMAGE ON RETURN BY THE CUSTOMER,
- ASSIST BRANCH MANAGER WITH:

- Weekly Office Stock Take,
- Weekly Tools Stock Take.
- TRAIN NEW BRANCH OPERATORS WHEN REQUIRED.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R25.42 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
