**Total Ninja **provides exciting adventure park activities to any level of adventurer in a world class facility based on the UK television series Ninja Warrior. The ITV hit show **Ninja Warrior** **UK** has been on UK screens since 2015 and was commercialised for public participation in the first facility in England. This has developed into a chain of parks and an established brand in several countries including South Africa

Total Ninja in South Africa is on an aggressive development drive to add to the first 3 venues and as such we are again looking for **another venue manager in Gauteng**

The Venue Manager will develop, lead, and empower a highly motivated and talented team to deliver both brilliant basics and moments that matter for everyone of their customers. The Venue Manager will be accountable for their business unit, taking full ownership of their profit and loss. The Venue Manager to combine financial insight with customer feedback to drive sales and grow revenue. They will invest time and knowledge into their team, training and coaching for success and succession. An inclusive leader with a passion for people, leisure, hospitality and delivering the ultimate customer experience.

Adept at juggling both planning and forecasting with the day to day running of the venue and leading by example. An ambassador for the brand, who will take pride in their venue and local community. Creative, brave, and curious and creating a culture to reflect these attributes and behaviours.

We are looking for **an experienced leader** who knows that a well-trained and motivated team is the only way to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers and guests consistently. A leader who is comfortable working at pace, in an autonomous role where wise decision making is key. Confidence and total ownership of financial data is essential for this role.

Duties will include leading a team of Supervisors, F&B Manager and Marshalls, overseeing their activities, well-being and ensuring that customers are satisfied and safe. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer in a full-time capacity.

Managing all operating aspects of the business unit; inclusive of
- Delivering superior client service. (Customer experience)
- Full ownership of financial metrics and outcomes
- Maintaining quality facilities, park equipment and activities (product)
- Managing human resources to achieve company objectives, and staff development.
- Managing all administrative aspects of the park.
- Overseeing food and beverage service
- Responsible for venue level marketing and market outreach campaigns.

**Previous branch manager experience is non-negotiable. **Please note the job requirements.

The salary on offer is competitive with prospects of growth.

The envisaged commencement date is**September / October 2023**

**Salary**: R320,000.00 - R360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edenvale, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Branch Management: 3 years (required)
- Entertainment, wellness or fitness: 3 years (required)
