**Purpose of Role is t**o deliver personalized solutions that inspire a passion for travel, with the goal to make lasting impressions on a hospitality customer base at every interaction.

First point of contact to customers, taking inbound calls and engaging directly with guests as a specialist in sales and reservations.

Client Defined Services are:
(i) Conversations to understand customer needs; then

(ii) Asking questions to ascertain the root cause of the issue, and

(iii) Effectively using tools to respond to customer inquiries, including reservations requests, provide account/ promotional information, handle service/stay related concerns or complaints, etc.

**Salary**: R6,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
