Support two HR Business Partners within the Gauteng intermediary environment, provide line management and staff with advice, assistance and administrative support concerning Human Resources disciplines, in line with internal policies and procedures. What will make you successful in this role?

Human Resources administration support and coordination with regard to: Recruitment, selection and induction processes Handling client enquiries relating to HR processes, policies and systems Monthly HR reports for relevant business units i.e. Headcount, Appointments, Terminations and Exit reports Diary management and travel arrangements General office management Ad hoc support

**Qualification and Experience**: Human Resources related qualification 3-5 years HR administration experience A good understanding and knowledge of HR related processes and systems Experience in SuccessFactors will be advantageous Computer literate in MS office i.e. word, excel and power point
