**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
- 3 to 5 years working experience in HR Officer/Generalist role.
- Experience in the IT Industry would be beneficial

**Knowledge**
- HR legislation (EEA and BCEA)
- HR Systems
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Working in a global organization
- Knowledge of database management and record keeping
