**INBOUND - CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (Northern Suburbs)**

National Company of 30 years seeks the services of an energetic, friendly, self-driven individual, who enjoys working in a customer service, call centre environment and completing administrative tasks.

Must be:

- Bilingual
- Willing to be upskilled and trained (previous experience advantageous)
- Strong in communication skills & attention to detail
- Computer Literate
- High level of work ethic
- Customer service orientated
- Articulate ( not heavy accent)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist on arrear accounts and making arrangement for payment
- Preparation of settlement correspondence
- Journal processing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goodwood, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
