**Calling All Senior Kitchen Designers and Sales Specialists in Randburg, Johannesburg**

Our showrooms are mainly franchisee-owned and requirements as well as remuneration will differ from showroom to showroom. Most showrooms will employ “Sales and Design Consultants” yet some of our showrooms might have two distinct roles for this function i.e. “Sales Consultants” and “Design Consultants”.

The requirements for a **Senior Sales and Design Consultant** will be as follows:
**Overview**:

- R18 500.00 basic salary with great commission structures and incentives
- Showroom based role

**Skills, experience, and training required**:

- Proficiency in kitchen design and computer literacy is mandatory.
- A driver's license and your own transport is required for this position.
- **Minimum 5 years of Design and Sales experience in similar role.**:

- Winner Design experience is beneficial but not required.
- Self driven and motivated that can work both alone and as part of a team.

**As a Sales and Design consultant, you will be responsible for**:

- Management of customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments, and orders
- Design development and finalisation for clients.
- Management of the project from start to finish.
- Stakeholder management during the entire project.
- Managing client expectations and providing regular feedback to the client.
- Keeping up to date with the latest technology and industry trends.
- Managing overall quality of service delivery on projects.
- Meeting sales and margin targets.

**Kindly note that you must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable car and this is a showroom based role yet you will be required to go to sites with your own vehicle.**

Pay: R10 000,00 - R18 500,00 per month
