**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Consultant specializing in tax planning services, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client acquisition. Leveraging your sales expertise and knowledge of tax planning, you will identify opportunities, build relationships, and guide clients towards tailored solutions that meet their financial goals. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a talented team of professionals, access ongoing training and development opportunities, and contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels including networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial objectives and tax planning requirements.
- Present customized tax planning solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the engagement process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
