**Front Office Manager**

Large luxurious Game Lodge Waterberg area Limpopo Province

Applicants must have at least 3 years previous front office experience in a similar position in a large hotel.
- Matric is a minimum requirement, hospitality degree/diploma
- Valid RSA ID
- Own transport
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Good to Advanced Excel Skills

Excellent Opera PMS as well as back of house functions a prerequisite

Planning and organising of the front office department and rooms division department in conjunction with relevant
managers to meet the requirements of business.
- Meeting and exceeding guest service.
- Stress tolerance and able to work under pressure.
- Ensure that rooms and public areas have been serviced and maintained to the standards laid down by the Company.
- Utilizing the principles of yield management to ensure RevPAR in partnership with the reservations department and sales

team.
- Effective liaison between all departments to ensure guest service delivery and maintaining of set standards and processes.
- To ensure maximum security in all areas under your control.
- Able to work Duty Management shifts
- Circulate regularly throughout all Front of House areas, maintaining a high profile with guests and staff.
- To prepare and submit on the required format annual budgetary information and updates as required.
- To monitor trends within the industry and make suggestions how these could be implemented.

**Salary: R14 000** including accommodation with meals on duty

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hotel Front Office Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Game Lodge Front Office Management: 3 years (preferred)
