Ebike Bicycle Technician

A leader in the e-bike, industry is looking to hire a Technician, to provide a technical service to the dealers, clients, and end users of the Bosch Ebike brand in South Africa.

- Listens to client needs, able to quickly identify issues from software errors, faults, damage, wear, and tear.
- Provides accurate and cost-effective solutions
- Communicates findings, proposes solutions, and implements appropriate action to meet business targets.
- Runs software analysis, report errors, implements necessary action, software error solutions such as software upgrades.
- Provides advice in general knowledge, maintenance, and good upkeep of Ebike Bosch products, such as correct maintenance, software updates, services, warrantees etc.
- Provides warrantee/guarantee service and support
- Provides efficient reporting and feedback
- Maintain a meticulous record to control processes such as control of booking in/out services, stock control, repairs, warrantee claims, etc.
- Keeps up with stock levels
- Proactively keeps business operations running smoothly
- Maintains a clean, tidy workstation, complies to health and safety regulations regarding eBike motors
- Keeps up to date with changes in and requirements of the industry and trade to meet the demands of the job.

Quick learner. Experience and skill in providing efficient and friendly customer service and technical support within the bicycle / motor / spares industry.

**Salary**: R13 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
