**Purpose of the Role**:
- Responsible for answering inbound calls relating to all short term, warranty, minor body damage, GAP and Tyre and Rim claims and claim related enquiries.
- Responsible for any administration relating to claims processing, intimating, amending or enquiry.
- Responsible for actioning claim queries raised by policyholders, business partners and internal stakeholders.
**Education / Experience**:
- Matric
- 2 to 3 years’ previous, relevant work experience in customer services, a call centre or insurance administration is required.
- Previous experience working in a Claims processing environment would be especially valuable, in particular Motor Vaps claims.
