Assistant Buyer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ordering of Stock based on MOQ and client requirements
- Building and sustaining Supplier relationships
- Price Negotiations
- Tracking ETAs and Supplier deliveries and communicating the feedback to the Sales team/ Procurement Manager.
- Work with the Finance department to ensure all Supplier invoices are loaded and assist with any relevant Creditor queries relating to purchases.
- Stock monitoring

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years’ Experience
- Good communication Skills
- both written and verbally
- National Senior Cert.( Tertiary is Adv)
- Able to Multitask and work well under pressure
- Excel, Word,MS Office, Pastel Adv (but not essential)
- Work well with in a team and also be able to work independently when required
- A strong sense of Responsibility and be Self motivated
- Attention to detail and have excellent time management skills.
- Clear credit/ Criminal history

**Salary**: Up to R15,000.00 per month
