**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in business administration, project management, Information technology, or any equivalent degree. - non - negotiable
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Honesty & Integrity
- Willingness to learn and teach
- Be attentive to detail
- Good work ethic (i.e punctuality; accountability)
- **ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to)**:_
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Administrative duties such as organizing, version control, filing, and ensuring good governance with project documentation.
- Drafting and producing minutes
- Managing Project office weekly schedule
- Coordinate meetings and communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of detailed project plans.
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance to Project managers.
- Ad-hoc administrative support for Project Managers.
