- Maximize opportunities to increase turnover in stores.
- **Ensure effective store space and fixture utilization, **to maximize returns per square meter.
- **Compile competitor analysis to stay relevant in the marketplace** and appeal to our local customer base, noting overall store experience, as well as products prices, quality, and value proposition.
- Ensuring the **effective control of stock**:

- **Advise store on display products and designs to manage and reduce toxic stock**.
- Review store storage areas in accordance with company standards.
- Review and update asset and prop registers quarterly.
- Ensuring effective development of store team:

- **Provide training and coaching to store teams**, via hands-on training in store, and through ongoing communication and feedback.
