**_Our client in the manufacturing industry is urgently looking to employ a Procurement and Shipping Administrator at their organization_**

**_Location:_**:

- Epping, Cape Town_

**_Job Summary:_**
- As the Procurement and Shipping Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Procurement & Shipping Controller with the Administrative support, needed for efficient coordination of the daily operations of CMT & Uniform Program Procurement and ensuring that complete orders are well receipted, quality controlled, assembled and delivered in a timely manner in accordance with CMT & Uniform Program processes and internal company procedures._

**_Requirements:_**
- _ Matric_
- _ 3-4 years of experience in a CMT or têxtile environment(non-negotiable)_
- _ Must have experience with SAP/Pastel/Acumatica/JDE/Navision_
- _ ERP expertise (Acumatica, Pastel, Accpac, SAP, JDE, Navision, etc.)_
- _ Must have the ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment_
- _ Must have the basic financial acumen and the ability to collect, analyze and interpret financial data_

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Procurement processing, documentation, and administration:_
- _ Assisting the Procurement & Shipping Coordinator with all Procurement processing, documentation, and administration_
- _ Creating Item Codes_
- _ Capturing Purchase Orders and Sending Purchase Orders to Suppliers_
- _ Following up with Suppliers that production and deliveries are on time_
- _ Notify the warehouse of incoming stock and actions to be taken_
- _ Filling and archiving of closed Orders_
- CMT & Uniform Program processing, documentation, and administration:_
- _ Assisting Procurement & Shipping Coordinator with all CMT & Uniform Program processing, documentation, and administration_
- _ Sourcing Raw Materials, Negotiating Prices and Delivery Dates with Suppliers_
- _ Creating Item Codes and Kit Specifications_
- _ Capturing Purchase Orders and Sending Purchase Orders to Suppliers_
- _ Following up with Suppliers that production and deliveries are on time_
- _ Notify the warehouse of incoming stock and actions to be taken_
- _ Liaise with CMT and/or Production Manager CMT (incl. shipping & dispatch) to ensure on-time delivery_
- _ Goods Receipting and Assemblies of CMT Orders_
- _ Coordination and Administration of Procurement Function of Uniform Programs_
- _ Brief Receiving on QC of New Garments_
- _ Ensuring Control Samples are available_
- _ Tracking of Raw Materials and Production_
- Data capturing and analysis:_
- _ Capturing Information such as Purchase Orders, Receipts, Deliveries, and Invoices information to Spreadsheets as needed in order to track Order Status and Stock Levels_
