- Manage weekly stock takes to be done, get physical store stock count and match

- Use the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses and/or shrinkage
- Suggest new operational strategies to improve store's performance and productivity
- Work with head of retail to review profit and loss figures (P&L)
- Work with head of retail Determine and set basic store KPI’s for own stores which

will include:

- Revenue per week
- Number of transactions per week
- Gross Profit Margin
- Foot Traffic
- Customer conversion rates
- Inventory turnover rate(Total Cost of inventory/Average inventory cost)
- Weekly and Monthly tracking and reporting on store KPIs which will involve:

- Weekly meetings with staff member at stores to gather data and discuss

KPI’s.
- Manage store stock order requirements
- Monitor customer complaints & take appropriate action to resolve issues
- Assist with planning & executing In-Store promotions & events

**Salary**: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)

- Retail: 3 years (required)
- Retail Manager: 3 years (required)
