**Job Summary**

We are urgently looking for Junior Logistics Admin.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and optimizing production processes.
- Ensure equipment functions efficiently,
- Oversee inventory, and conduct quality inspections.
- Maintain internal order systems for inventory control.
- _Reviewing_, _preparing, and routing purchase orders_. Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines.
- Overseeing all supply chain operations.
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- _Analyzing and optimizing logístical procedures_.
- Manage activities in the warehouse to ensure that all inventories are accounted for.
- Assessing operational processes to determine ways to improve cost, efficiency and quality.
- Evaluating facilities, equipment, materials and employees to devise new methods to promote efficiency.
- **Production planning and control; quality control; inventory, equipment, warehouse, and materials management; plant layout; and job and work station design**.
- _Perform other duties as required_. Competencies. Problem solving, client orientation, behavioral flexibility, initiative, attention to detail are of paramount importance.

Requirements.
- **Higher Certificate/ National diploma in Logistics or Industrial Engineering or related Qualification(s)**:

- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic engineering principles.
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- **2-5 Years’ working experience in the field**

**Experience**:

- Logistics or Industrial Engineering: 2 years (required)
