**Salary**: Depending on experience
**Accommodation**: Live-in with meals provided on duty

**About the Role**:
The Lodge Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of this stunning safari lodge, ensuring impeccable service, and leading a passionate team to deliver unforgettable experiences for guests. From overseeing daily operations like front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and safari activities to optimising revenue and maintaining high standards of service, this role offers a diverse and fulfilling challenge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team, driving the lodge's daily operations to success.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue and occupancy.
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure an exceptional experience at all times.
- Maintain financial control, prepare budgets, and manage costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry regulations.
- Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and partners.

**What You Need**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General or Manager, with a strong background in food & beverage.
- Proven track record of leading lodge operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of budgeting and revenue management.
- Ability to manage a large team with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- A love for hospitality and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

**This is a live-in position and pets or school-going children cannot be accommodated due to the nature of the environment.**
