**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Follow up on debtors.
- Invoicing.
- Work in progress adjustments.
- Resolving debtors’ queries.
- Reporting on debtor ageing.
- Credit notes & journals.
- Continuous liaison with clients.
- General office administration.

**Requirements**:

- 2 Years Debtors experience;
- Experience within an accounting practice will be beneficial;
- Matric Certificate (Certificate/Diploma in Finance or Office Administration will be beneficial);
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbally and in writing) (REQUIREMENT);
- Professional and detail-oriented communication skills;
- Professional telephone etiquette;
- Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Internet. Experience on Greatsoft or accounting software will be beneficial;
- Values ethical adherence;
- Has high regard for excellence in service delivery;
- Builds positive and value adding relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Works with integrity;
- Respects the professional framework within which we work;
- Detail orientated;
- Drive to execute and finalise tasks;
- Has a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Note: This is not a hybrid position and the team member must work from office every day.

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wellington, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
